Comment Rescue: What About Protack?

Filed in National by on July 27, 2009

Geezer says Protack still thinks he’s elected-official material.

But is that true? Protack has progressed from postings that are merely strange to postings that are incomprehensible non sequiturs. He’s burned more bridges than the retreating Germans and the mainline Republicans would not lift a finger to help him win the post of dog catcher at this point. Can he really believe that he could win something?

I don’t know what his game is, but I tend to doubt he is still considering a run for office.

  1. Don’t ask me to try to figure out what he is doing. That way lies madness.

  2. Sorry folks but you regard viewpoints you can’t refute as strange. Check out the videos and the posts, they are consistent and principled. Logic is not as important with Liberals as emotion and fairness so you disagree with me. Still, I admire your blog for putting out different opinions.

I will continue to advocate for Universal Health Care which works for businesses and individuals, a fair simple tax policy which promotes savings, growth and investment, a value driven government which works with me not relentlessly takes more and more of my money.

By the way, I oppose the death penalty like most liberals.

Also, Liberals always attempt to adjudicate what the GOP think or knows. My support within the party is just fine and building every day. Life is real good as I am building bridges all over the state.

Lastly, the GOP in Delaware has many challenges and has to rebuild itself as a viable force which can elect statewide candidates. I long for that day and will help where I can.

    Mike Protack

  3. Yo, Mike. El Somnambulo has twice asked you the following:

    You (Mike) wrote:
“I have been asked to be supportive and get the word out by Garrett who is a personal friend and a person that I respect for his integrity.”

    ‘Bulo asked:
“You wrote that you’ve been ‘asked to be supportive and get the word out by Garrett’. Was that before or after this piece ran?

    ‘Bulo also asked:
“Either way, why would he contact a partisan figure such as yourself whose handle is “Republican David” if he’s working for a non-partisan organization?”

In the interest of fair and balanced reporting, would you please be so kind as to answer?”

‘Bulo reiterates his request. If, for some reason, you do not choose to answer these questions, could you please explain why? Has someone asked you NOT to answer them? Someone perhaps concerned about the seeming involvement of a political figure in defending a non-partisan entity?

  4. I thought that was Republican David? Am I confused?

  5. cassandra_m says:

I thought it was Delusional David too.

But Protack is just as delusional about his electoral chances, altho given what we’ve been learning about the CRI I wonder of Mr. Shallow Bench is auditioning for a gig over there.

  6. RSmitty says:

Er…uh…’bulo, Republican David is indeed David Anderson, not Mikey P. As much as I don’t agree with David on the conservative end of the right, he doesn’t make me throw up in my mouth and force it into perpetual motion (eventually, it diminishes into a fine spit). I can actually have a conversation with David without having concern of him spewing shizzit behind my back. There is a difference between the two, one of them being that I would trust David, if need be.

  7. You’re right, RSmitty. It is indeed Republican David who has not responded to the questions I asked in the CRI article. And they still apply. And they still have not been answered. Hard to tell the wingnuts w/o a scorecard.

  8. RSmitty says:

Ooo, crap, I thought I was only dilineating between the two. I accidentally defended Mikey. I feel dirty. A pox on you, El Som (even thought it was my mistake). I need a shower.

  9. Geezer says:

“My support within the party is just fine and building every day.”

This is what you said in 2008, and 2006, and 2004. Last year you ran against a guy who was barely breathing and you still lost 75% of the vote in the primary. I’m sorry to attack the messenger here, but your ability to discern reality from fantasy is in serious question.

Poor Mike defeated by a down home chicken farmer twice in his career he should understand the definition of insane and that is ( Doing the same thing over and over again and getting the same result)but expecting a different one
