Delaware Political Weekly: June 29-July 5, 2018

1. Actor Lee Murphy To Play Role Of Congressional Candidate.  He’s been a candidate before. He’s almost been a candidate a couple of other times. He’s been a teacher, an Amtrak conductor, and an actor who drives a stick shift and has an ‘extensive wardrobe’. He’s always good for comedic relief. And he’s the R candidate for Congress against Lisa Blunt Rochester.  To be fair, her campaign is ‘all about her’, and his will be ‘all about him’.  Rochester, of course, has run a successful campaign before, and she had a pretty solid record as a public servant before she ran for Congress. In other words, Rochester: 2, Murphy:0. I would be remiss if I didn’t once again share this.  Let others try to take him as a serious candidate. Me? I’m looking forward to the laffs.

2. Ms. Winters In Summer.  Whether it was just too hot to campaign, or whether it was ‘family considerations’, the R’s have lost their candidate for State Auditor, Joan Winters.  Catch this excerpt from her ‘kickoff’, where she spent more time talking about Villanova basketball than running for office. Then consider that this was the portion of the announcement that the State Rethugs chose to provide:

3. Why Hasn’t Stonewall’s AG Candidate Come Out To Oppose Changes To Regulation 225?

Only one candidate for AG, Chris Johnson, has. Neither Kathleen Jennings or Kathy McGuiness have done so.  Over at Blue Delaware, Mitch Crane, with brown stuff smeared all over his face, tries to explain it.  I ask you if this makes sense:

…“speaking out” against Regulation 225 is meaningless. Submitting comment is what is required. I know that both Ms Jennings and Ms McGuiness oppose the proposed regulation, but do not know if they have submitted comment. Delaware Stonewall PAC has submitted comment in opposition.

What. The. Fuck? If you’re running for office, you either take a stand or you don’t.  Whispering sweet nothings in Mitchy-Poo’s ear doesn’t count. Does Mitch really believe that taking a public stand is meaningless? No, Mitch, don’t bother to answer. With Lanny Davis now busy defending Michael Cohen, you are the most pathetic political shill remaining. As to Chris Johnson, who is light-years better than any other candidate for AG, here’s what he had say:

As I said last week, “When Regulation 225 started, it was a great initiative to protect transgender students. While serving as Deputy Legal Counsel to Governor Carney, I supported this effort and worked with the Department of Education to ensure that no matter what, this policy change would increase the safety of LGBTQ youth in our schools.
Schools are often time the only safe spaces our most at risk youth have, and when their identity or orientation isn’t being supported, then they may not have any safe space at all. When a student has to worry about what bathroom they can use, what names they will be called, or how they can or cannot express themselves, then they are unable to focus on learning.
The recent changes to Reg 225 are unacceptable. I call on Governor John Carney to oppose these changes and stand up for transgender youth in our schools.”

There, that’s not so difficult, is it? Kathleen? Kathy? Lakresha? The cop guy from downstate? Mitchy-Poo?

4. And Then There Were Two. Rep. Quin Johnson filed for reelection this week, leaving only Rep. Andria Bennett and Sen. Bob Marshall as the only incumbents who either haven’t filed or announced their retirement. Bennett is almost certain to run. It’s free money. What else would/could she do if she didn’t run again?  She could always get a job at the Department of Labor but, like so many others, she could do that w/o giving up her legislative pay. Come to think if it, I kinda look for that to happen. Her daddy did it.  I think that it probably doesn’t matter whether Sen. Marshall runs again.  That district has changed a lot, and Marshall’s base has shrunk even more.

5. Yet Another D Jumps Into RD 5 Race. One William Resto. I think he’s a bail bondsman. That makes four D  candidates: Ajawavi AjavonDeniece Berry; Kendra Johnson; and Resto. Does anyone know who Melanie George Smith is backing? If so, we can reduce the field to three of those who might be worthy of endorsement.

6. Candidate Filing Deadline Approaches. The filing deadline is Tuesday, July 10, at 12 noon. Candidates who have filed may either withdraw or file for a different office without forfeiting their filing fee by Friday, July 13 at 4:30 p.m.

7. Filing. Gene Truono, R Candidate for US Senate.

That’s it for this week. What’d I miss, and whaddayathink?

  1. Mitch Crane says:

Opposition to proposed Reg 225 should be a non-partisan issue. It is about the rights of children, not about promoting your candidate for office. There will be hundreds of comments sent in about this regulation. State law requires the promulgating agency to address the concerns raised by those who send in formal comment-not those who issue press releases.

As a matter of fact, both Kathy Jennings and Kathy McGuiness HAVE issued comments. McGuiness is also a board member of CAMP Rehoboth, one of the main opponents of 225. I am sure many other candidates have also issued formal comment in opposition.

Perhaps, Sir, you should actually ask people if they issued comment, or check with the DOE after the comment deadline to determine who commented? Reporting only what the people you support did is one-sided and belongs on FOX not on DL.

  2. Alby says:

“Reporting only what the people you support did is one-sided and belongs on FOX not on DL.”

Start your own blog if you don’t like this one.

In what way does the auditor’s office interact with this issue? None that I can tell. Therefore trolling for votes by issuing a position amounts to pimping the issue. Did you issue a press release to the Washington Blade yet?

Now let’s talk about McGuiness’ lack of accounting credentials. That’s far more germane to this election.

  3. Joshua W says:

Deneice Berry dropped out of the RD5 race about a week ago.

  4. a little late says:

Funny enough, Jennings comment came mere hours after the bd article called her out for not commenting

  5. Wow says:

reg 225 will sink the Dems if they keep promoting it.

  6. Patrick says:

Kathy Jennings has come out publicly to oppose Reg 225. From her FB:

I submitted the following statement at @DOEregulations.comment@doe.k12.de.us to voice my opposition of the proposed Regulation 225. The deadline for public comment is tomorrow. I urge everyone to make their voices heard.

“The revisions to Regulation 225 require parental consent for transgender accommodations at school and remove policies that would have given transgender students equal athletic opportunities. We must be fully supportive, accommodating and accepting of our transgender students. Therefore, I oppose the current version of Regulation 225 because I believe that it may force some LGBTQ students to be outed to their parents or lose protection and safety at school. Unfortunately, transgender students can face bullying, violence, and rejection at school and at home. While I appreciate the rights of parents, the sad continuing history of discrimination against the LGBTQ community means we should do more to protect these students.”

  7. Wow says:

the pandering by all these AG candidates has become tiresome. Like just because DU has a facebook page doesn’t mean the majority of Democrats subscribe to their Socialist like views. Any typical RD meeting is not filled with socialists. Its centrist dems

  8. chris says:

FYI- Herman Holloway jumped in last minute to the 2nd District Senate race. He will likely come in fourth of the four running (Bobbie Cummings, D. Brown and Sam Guy)

  9. anon says:

“McGuiness is also a board member of CAMP Rehoboth, one of the main opponents of 225. I am sure many other candidates have also issued formal comment in opposition.”

Now I’m confused. Exactly where does she stand on 225?

  10. Alby says:

“reg 225 will sink the Dems if they keep promoting it.”

I sense much fear in this one.

  11. Alby says:

@anon: She stands wherever you want her to if it gets her your vote.

  12. Joshua W says:

“Any typical RD meeting is not filled with socialists. Its centrist dems”

Most RD’s are moribund little cliques of centrists who work deliberately to exclude any outsider who might want to get involved, and who barely do anything besides hold monthly meetings (if they even do that). The idea that they would be more representative than organizations like DU and Network Delaware, which work very hard to be as inclusive as possible, and are working to actually build out the Democratic power base, is flatly absurd.

  13. bamboozer says:

Question of the day: Is “Wow” a new troll or one of the usual ones in stealth mode?

  14. Joshua W says:

If ‘Wow’s’ a troll, they’re not a very good one. They’ve got a lot to learn if they want to keep up with the best of them.

  15. Wow says:

DU has about 6-8 people that actually do things. Stop overplaying it.

  16. Alby says:

There are still quite a few of those old union guys who haven’t reached the 21st century yet. They come in handy when you need someone’s tires punctured.

  17. Paul says:

Apparently the establishment Dems in Senate 18 are happy to welcome Rethug Wilson into the Senate, 3 RDs and not one candidate. Now THAT’S deplorable.

  18. Joshua W says:

It’s more like 10-11. I never said DU was large group, only an active one. We’re out there pounding pavement, and building up relationships throughout the state. What other groups are doing that?

  19. Joshua W says:

Slumlord and generally awful person has filed to run for Representative again, this time as a Republican (which is more fitting I think)

  20. RE Vanella says:

    Gleanings…

Mitch thinks this site is news or journalism. That’s hilarious.

Joshua knows what’s up. I was skeptical, but he does. For real.

Centrist corporatist troll fear is delicious. Subtle, layered and rich.

  21. Rufus Y. Kneedog says:

My guess is the Rs found a better candidate for auditor and didn’t want to spend $$ on a primary. I guess we’ll find out next week.

  22. Wow says:

I am a centrist and work for a corporation to feed my family. I sleep very well at night and my lawn in green.

  23. Alby says:

So why are you here? To tell us how swell it is to sell out to the corporate life? To brag about your lawn?

The point of the article, which it sounds like you didn’t bother to read, is that people say they’re centrists but actually vote for one party or the other most of the time.

If you actually care about enacting liberal policies, you should educate yourself about how negotiating works. You don’t go in asking for what you intend to settle for. You certainly don’t enact the other guy’s policies before he can. Yeah, that screws the other guy, but it also screws us.

If you don’t understand that the capitalist system has found the purest expression it’s likely to get in the current USA, and that it has been rejected by a majority of the people on which it feeds, consider this an education.

  24. Wow says:

To be the voice of sanity. Sometimes lunatics left in their bubbles is ok but recently you have been trying to play with the adults. IE Kerry vs Senator Carper. We will win but you gotta fight fire with fire

  25. I am not seeing Deneice Berry as withdrawing or Herman Holloway as filing on the Department of Elections website. But Scott Walker did file today for U.S. Rep. as a Republican!

  26. nathan arizona says:

@wow And sometimes you gotta hope against hope. One confusing cliche deserves another. Wouldn’t it be better to fight fire with water?

  27. Andria Bennett filed today.

  28. Joshua W says:

Hey Wow, I’m glad you and yours are doing well, but a lot of people in Delaware, and across the country, are struggling to make ends meet, and can barely survive paycheck to paycheck. I don’t see what’s so lunatic about wanting the economy to work for everyone, not just those that already sleep well at night and have a green lawn.

  29. Joshua W says:

Deneice announced her withdrawal from the race on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ydeneiceberry/

  30. Joshua W says:

    And Holloway just filed.

EDIT: Paul J Falkowski, who appears to be standard Trump reactionary, has filed to run in RD3

  31. Yo, Mitchy-Poo. You turned a legitimate political organization into an exercise in kissing Pete Schwartzfopf’s butt. You cannot in any empirical manner demonstrate that Kathleen Jennings or Park City Kathy are ‘better’ on issues impacting the gay community than other candidates. Your group did this b/c this is what Pete wants.

Johnson’s statement on Regulation 225 demonstrates a true understanding of the issue and what’s at stake. Jennings’ statement doesn’t. I’ll betcha you didn’t bother to read Johnson’s statement when considering endorsements. You are a hack and a shill, and you embarrass yourself every time you tie yourself up in knots trying to justify the unjustifiable.

Hey, maybe Pete’ll hook you up (if he already hasn’t) which will make it worthwhile for you. But to masquerade as some leader of the LGBT community is, you have to admit, pretty laughable.

  32. Omigod, Herman the Lesser and Paul Falkowski filing on the same day? Two of the absolute worst potential elected officials imaginable. Wonder how Herman scraped up the filing fee. Still collecting state funds for his BS pass-thru agency?

  33. Mitch Crane says:

El Som, of course you are right. You are always right. Please forgive those of us who can’t quite reach your level of prescient perfection

  34. Kelly says:

If Sam Guy wins that District is in trouble. He is the most racist person I ever seen. No wonder the people on City Council want him out. it is so planten that he is a Potter cheerleader.

  35. Liz Allen says:

Kelly: I don’t know who the hell you are, but what you wrote if a damned lie. I have known Sam for years, been around in him in meetings public and private and never, ever did I ever hear a racist word coming out of his mouth. Why the people on City Council want him out, is because he is after the truth from Theo and Hannifa. What the public is being told is not the truth, its nothing but the party trying to protect both of those grifters.

  36. Kelly says:

After reading your comment you must be a Potter groupie. I have heard Sam many times on TV and there is no doubt he has own agenda. I am taking bets that he will come in 3rd in a 4 horse race. They don’t want him in Dover. Have a good weekend.

  37. RE Vanella says:

Here’s how you know we’re right.

The centrist corporate garbage trolls come on here and are very happy to stake claim to centrist corporate garbage.

I like when they admit they’re fucking scared garbage people. It helps.

    Also, they’re always anonymous. Notice?

    Left is best.

  38. Sam Guy may not be a racist, but he’s a disgraced lawyer who was suspended from practicing, why, Liz? Care to enlighten us? And, yes, he and the ethically-bankrupt Potters are political allies. The only thing Guy is after is money. Truth never factors into it.

Case in point: Upon ascending to Council, what’s the first thing he asked? I’ll paraphrase: “Where’s my street money?”

That entire race is a clusterbleep. If no one else enters, whoever replaces Sen. Henry will be a huge step down.

  39. Kelly says:

Thank you El Somnambulo. I am glad that someone can see through all the BS. Mr. Guy claims to be the Watchman. The only think he is watching is how much money he can put in is pocket. Have a good weekend.

  40. Which reminds me, Eugene Young pushed progressive reform in a city where self-dealing is the political norm, yes, in the black community as well. He almost got elected Mayor.

Those running in the city districts are largely uninspiring, Tizzy Lockman aside.

Where the bleep IS Eugene Young, and what the bleep is he DOING? Those who have filed are an embarrassment to residents of the city. Or at least should be.

  41. Liz Allen says:

Kelly: why don’t you put up some facts to back up your stupidity. Sam Guy has about 4 degrees, he is a “watchman”, watching the so called demorats on Council run the city like a bunch of grifters. Sam tells it like it us, even speaking truth about fellow democrats…sorry I like that about him. Sam is not a taker, he is a shake em up, expose them for their dirty deals. He knows what happened with Hanifa the Thiefa and Theo…as do many on Council who are willing and ready to protect them and their dirty deals.

  42. Yeah, he REALLY calls out the grift ‘n graft of the Potters.

    Oh, wait, he’s their mouthpiece.

  43. Alby says:

Liz never lets someone’s sleaziness interrupt her pastime of taking sides in battles where most people want both sides to lose.

  44. Liz Allen says:

Other than pure gossip can you please deliver any facts you have on the Potters being griftters, where they have taken money, bribes etc?

  45. Liz Allen says:

So your problem with Sam is the relationship to the Potters…are you for real.

  46. Kelly says:

Liz: Here is some homework for tomorrow.
    1. Why did’t Mrs. Potter get re-elected to State Treasure.
2.Why did she get fired from the Williams Administration
    3. Why did they lose their court case with SC&A Construction.
I will look for your answer tomorrow.

  47. Jee-zus. Just do a search of Sam Guy on DL and you’ll find loads of reasons why this Guy is unsuited for public office. Do your OWN homework for once. Hey, do it with the News Journal. You’ll get similar results. Years and years of information.

Oh, and do the same for the Potters.

Pretty much anybody out there with even the most rudimentary reading skills can surely do the same. In fact, they pretty much know.

  48. Kelly says:

I know the answers to the questions I gave Liz Allen. She told me to produce facts about how the Potters are not crooks. She didn’t reply so I guess my fact must of stun her.

  49. Alby says:

If Liz knew how to do research she wouldn’t post one-tenth as much as she does.

  50. Liz Allen says:

    Kelly says:

Liz: Here is some homework for tomorrow.
    1. Why did’t Mrs. Potter get re-elected to State Treasure.
2.Why did she get fired from the Williams Administration
    3. Why did they lose their court case with SC&A Construction.
I will look for your answer tomorrow.

    l. Why didnt Potter get re elected to State Treasurer.. Isnt that beccause Jack Markell didnt support her! And why. Because SHE uncovered all the loans Markell took out at tax payer expense, which she tried to stop.
    2. The Williams Administration, was a con job. I was at every hearing and she was not to blame. Turns out Williams and Charles had been friends for years..Williams told some nasty lies on Ms. Potter, and when confronted by Charles not only backed down (privately) qne began a behind the scene campaign against her because she wouldnt go along with his shenagians. At the hearings, she was backed up those who knew the truth.
    3. I dont know a lot about the court case, but I do know about the horrible damage to their roof, and how the contractor reneged on the deal to the point the roof was almost wide open to the elements and the contractor put a tarp over it. Ask the Judge why he ruled the way he did.

Here’s a question for you Ms. Smartypants Kelly? Why did the dupont company LOAN her to straighten out the financial mess in the citys books? You know she not only straightened it all out, but found some very interesting issues with the books. Why did Jack Markell appoint her? Because she was very well thought of by the dupont company where she worked for many years, and they were instrumental in helping Jack take her on in his administration. Not her fault she uncovered all that fraud waste and abuse under Markell…she became a political hot potato for Markell. Problem for Jack was, he expected her to rat him out, and she didnt…she wanted to fix the issues without ratting him out.

  51. Kelly says:

Thank you for completing your assignment but you fluked. You have been drinking to much cool at the Potter house. Here is another question. If the Potters are such good friends with Mr. Guy then why don’t they have a Sam Guy sign in front of there house. For the record I am a guy not a girl.

  52. Liz Allen says:

I don’t really care what you are. I know you and DL contributors have had a hate on for the Potters for quite some time. Of course, they have no insider information only gossip they have been pushing for years. As far as NJ is concerned most of the reporters they have left or new or just report what they are told, they don’t investigate the facts. I am no longer friends with the Potters, as Charles and I separated whn he took on the Delaware Crime Prevention bill, and permitted every loser dimwit in legislature to review it and change it to the point it was unrecognizable. However, I have never believed or seen or heard any corruption coming from either one of them. I do know their consitutents appreciate what they do…cuz they have been doing it for decades why before they became politicans. Very nice family too bad you havent a clue what goes on in the inside.

  53. Liz Allen says:

If Liz knew how to do research she wouldn’t post one-tenth as much as she does. Al, you really are an asshole.

  54. lebay says:

    Liz-

    1. Sometimes you make a good point. This is not one of those times.

    2. Do you know the old joke about poker? Something like “look around the table. If you can’t readily identify the sucker, you **are** the sucker!” Well, look through the comments here. If you can’t readily identify the wingnuts (aside from the RWNJs like Tom Kline) YOU are the wingnut.

    3. In case I wasn’t clear above YOU ARE A WINGNUT.

  55. Kelly says:

    Liz
You want me to get you a box of tissues. You didn’t answer my question about the potters not having a Sam Guy sign in front of there house
I don’t really care that you are not friends with them. To me they are 2 people that need to be banned from politics. They are both frauds and out for themselves.

  56. I couldn’t care less about who has a sign in front of their house. Guy is running in the 2nd SD, the Potters live in the 1st SD.

What I care about should be obvious. Liz paints a phony scenario: Sam Guy is some kind of force for moral rectitude standing up for integrity against the self-dealing of Hanifa Shabazz and Theo Gregory. Let the record show that I agree that Shabazz and Gregory have used their public positions for personal gain. But Sam Guy has demonstrated over the years that he is JUST LIKE THEM. He was barred from practicing law for quite some time due to his shenanigans. First thing he asked when he got on Council was ‘Where’s my money?’ They’re ALL ethically bankrupt, as are the Potters.

Liz, feel free to go back into the archives and discover the greediness of the Potter family. Not even Dennis Williams could justify keeping Velda on after she shilled for her son’s rap concert on city time. Oh, and the first thing she does after being elected Treasurer? She asks for a raise. And we’re just getting started.

  57. And, like clockwork, speaking of Hanifa Shabazz and Darius Brown:

    https://www.delawareonline.com/story/news/local/2018/07/09/more-trouble-than-its-worth-connections-severs-ties-delaware-politicians/762803002/

What a disaster that 2nd SD race is: A tax delinquent, a previously suspended attorney, a former state rep who needed AG Oberly to whitewash his criminal record so that he could run for office again, and a former cop who is on record as opposing Sen. Henry’s push for sentencing and juvenile justice reform.

  58. Kelly says:

    El Som
Potter and Guy are in the same district. Charle Potter was upset because he wanted to run for that Senate sit but guy beat him to it. Also there are some things I heard that are going on in the City Treasurers office that are a little shady. When I get more info I will pass it on.

  59. Alby says:

“Al, you really are an asshole.”

I have never claimed otherwise. Takes one to know one, which is why I can recognize them so easily. You cross the line yourself sometimes, sister, and this is one of those times. You never believe the evidence of corruption if it’s about someone who has treated you well — hence your continued defense of one immoral jerk after another.

  60. El somnambulo says:

The Potters live in Brandywine Hills, right? That’s where the house they’ve been suing about is. Brandywine Hills is in McDowell’s district, not Henry’s.

  61. Kelly says:

At one time it was McDowell district but they did a redoing a few years ago and not it is Henry’s District. I just heard that Vincent White who is the Potters brother in-laws is going to run againts Penrose Hollis. Not the Potters have the City, State and now the County covered.

  62. Alby says:

For anyone at this point to not realize the Potters are small-time grifters they would have to be both deaf and illiterate. Hard to build a winning coalition out of that.

  63. Kelly says:

I just heard that the city councilmen from the 1st District is going to run again Charles Potter. He filed today. Thank God
    I hope he wins.

  64. Liz Allen says:

So all the trashing of the Potters on DL should be believed, while narry one of you have any facts. Gossip is what you got. You don’t even know where they live, or what they have been working on for their community for decades. My beef with Charles Potter is his continued for support for the worst grifter in NCC…Karen Hartley Nagle.

  65. Liz Allen says:

Vince White needs a job. When there is no election, you don’t hear or see the dude. If you support him, ask him “what has he done in the community, what meetings has he attended”, if he can list them…and he wont because he cant, because he is always MIA, in between elections.

  66. We know where they live. Read all about it when they refused to pay their bills. And we’ve got loads of facts. Printed a lot of ’em here. So has the News-Journal. You are Trumpian in your denial of the truth. At this point, there’s nobody here who is on the fence. If anyone had been, you’ve now convinced them that you’re full of shit and that the Potters are grifters. Well-played.

  67. Liz Allen says:

    //pjmedia.com/trending/5-things-to-know-abouhttpst-trumps-supreme-court-pick-brett-kavanaugh/

Don’t pay their bills! You mean all their bills, or just that vile contractor who tried to shake em down. I havent been friends with the Potters for 5 years, not because I think their crooked but because I knew them for years fighting on the right side. Cherry Island Landfill, the vile Patriot Act and lots more., I NEVER saw, or heard the crap you all put up here. I have my opinion, you have yours, I have every right to state what I saw, heard for all those years. Both Jackie and Charles came up from nothing…they got what they have from hard work…end of story.

  68. Liz Allen says:

Well played. You been played bro. You have stood with the democratic party when you and all your buds refused to call them out for who they are…corporate lovin slubs. I am not afraid, have no fear at my age to cow tow to anyone especially you El Som (how many years were you on the state payroll? I call it as I see it, if you don’t like it, well you know what you can do.

  69. Liz Allen says:

Dennis Williams could justify keeping Velda on after she shilled for her son’s rap concert on city time. Oh, and the first thing she does after being elected Treasurer? She asks for a raise. And we’re just getting started.
Now I know for sure you dont know a damn thing. You havent a clue what the backstory is on Williams and the Potters? Of Course she asked for a raise, the woman is working her ass off to try and save the City from the corrupt shitty council bunch. During Williams admin. she discovered the workers doing the city business needed massive training. The dupont company loaned her to the city because she was highly skilled. None of you bothered to answer why Jack Markell didnt keep her on as Treasurer…because he was afraid she would tell the truth about his term as Treasurer…Why do you suppose Jack took all the files with him?

  70. Alby says:

In point of fact, Liz, YOU are the one who is spreading gossip, as you’ve been doing for 40 years. Peddle your shit somewhere else.

  71. Liz Allen says:

Al: you sit in your house, never go to a damn meeting anywhere and think you know everything thats going on. Peddling bullshit for 40 yrs. You havent known me for 40 yrs asswipe. Spread your opinions based on gossip and peddle it around the state is something you have been doing with a microphone for years. Your no liberal Al, not even a progressive, your a hateful, cruel bullshit artist and many of us know thats the truth. I have the courage to speak my mind, have never been a follower. You attack women which is why there are so few on this site. So keep attacking on a personal level and see if this site grows or one day ceases to exist.

  72. Liz, stop right now with these personal attacks or you’re gone. You’ve made your point. Dial it back.

  73. Alby says:

I’ve known about you for 40 years. You were known as what you are when I was still a tadpole. Your name was anathema because every journalist in the state knew or soon learned that you talk without knowing what you’re talking about, and that when called on it you turned into the venomous ball of shit you just revealed yourself, yet again, to be.

I “attack” women who don’t know what they’re talking about, which is why I so often attack you.

  74. Alby says:

As for Velda Jones-Potter, she was hired in the private sector as window dressing. Talk to some of the people at the bank where she worked. I have. You probably don’t know who they are, because you’re too busy thinking that something important happens at the meetings you think I should waste my time at.

  75. I warned you, Liz. Buh-bye.

  76. RE Vanella says:
