Delaware Executions Put on Hold

Today all Delaware inmates on Death Row were granted class status and they will all progress through the court system as a class-action suit. Their complaint is that the method of lethal injection that the state uses is cruel and unusual punishment. I think this is good news. I’ll make no bones about it, this geek doesn’t like the death penalty.
