One Month Later
I just looked at the calendar and realized that it was month ago today that Jason went clean. Luckily for us it was the shortest month, so it barely feels like 28 days. It really is amazing how your life changes with a little blog to take care of. Very much like a child, I thought about the things that it may be able to accomplish, what it’s doing while I’m away, sometimes wondering when I’ll have time to feed it, and wondering if I’m feeding it right. I can see why Jason burned out.
I do find myself hiding my habit, ever so slightly. I should be cleaning out the garage, working on taxes, or exercising this gut off of me(sorry, honey). But I really do enjoy this and I hope you all enjoy it too. I have also had the privilege of meeting many of my readers and other bloggers in the past month or two and even a friend of mine, who I had never told about the blog, identified me as liberalgeek. All very interesting experiences.
Jason, we miss you and if we can pick up a few receivers in the off-season, hopefully we can shave 2 weeks off of the year hiatus. To Dr. Nick, Tommywonk, and other story contributers (you know who you are) thanks for your time. And to all of the readers and commenters here at DelawareLiberal thank you for giving us a chance and getting some debate going in here. Even you, Hube.

Sometimes I feel as if he never left us.
Keep up the good work!
