Uber Conservative speaks out regarding Iraq

Filed in National by on April 11, 2007

“Nothing positive comes from Iraq,” the pope said, which is “torn apart by continual slaughter as the civil population flees.”>

That bastard is aiding and abetting the enemy. Doesn’t he know that this kind of talk only emboldens the enemy?! Who the hell does this guy think he is?

Don’t look now, Holy Father, but Bush is your creature. Back when you were Cardinal Ratzinger, pushing John Paul II in and out of sunny spots in the garden, you were the guy who answered Bush’s call when he came to the Vatican in June 2004 and complained “Some of the bishops are not with us…” The next month you tried to get the US bishops to ban pro-choice Catholic politicians from receiving communion… you were only partially successful, but you threw enough mud on the wall that you probably succeeded in tipping the election to Bush. You and your conservative Catholic Americans own him now. And you own his attacks on the evil and inhuman enemy.

That “bastard” thinks that he is the leader of the largest Christian sect in the world, who may have some moral responsibility to respond to this insane war. You on the otherhand, appear to be one of those fearful and cowardly wingnuts who find enemies in anyone different from you. Our enemies were never in Iraq, until Bush made it furtile ground for their proliferation. SUPPORT OUR TROOPS, GET THEM OUT OF BUSH’S LAME WAR!
