Ferris Wharton, too good to stop for car accidents

Filed in National by on April 30, 2007

Sgt. Joshua A. Bushweller. Alcohol is not suspected in the crash, he said.

Why wouldn’t it have been? 4:15 on a Sunday? I had a beer at 3pm that day. Why wouldn’t Ferris? Why wouldn’t he stop then? I would like to know why they felt the need to insert that statement in this article without the reason why? Christ, my children ask me why all the time, why didn’t this person? Why was the need felt to state alcohol is not suspected in the crime? The dude drove away from the seen, what else would be the motive? that makes no sense and I don’t like it at all.

you don’t CLIP a car on 141 and not stop unless something is up. the guy was running for the AG’s office last year.

Another great report by the NJ.

    Dear Diary,

Today Donviti overtook me as the most cynical Delawareliberal contributor. I’m going to have a scotch and put a cold compress on my head.

    woooohooooooo

“I learned it from watching you Jason! I learned it from watching YOU!”

(picture donviti throwing laptop at jason and storming out of cubicle!)

Wait a minute. He didn’t “know” he hit the other car? Ever heard the noise a beetle makes when it hits you windshield? Or raindrops?

He didn’t know he hit 2,000 pounds of metal?

He better get in touch with Atkins right away.

  5. Today ‘s WNJ account that he has tried to apologize to the person who was in the car that he hit. In that story is the quote [paraphrase]
“At most I thought I might have rubbed the car which is not property damage.”

    No Ferris.

Rubbing another car entails paint tranfer and the need to repaint and that is property damage.

He admits knowledge of having made contact with the car.

I think Donviti might be onto something, but I have a hard time getting my head around the idea that the big boy scout would have avoided an encounter with the police because he had an afternoon beer.

  7. donviti says:

    let’s try this angle then…

who was in the car with him at the time?

  8. anon says:

I know. Was it John Atkins wife dressed in a “sexy nurse” costume?
