Do eagles get a say in the vote for coal or Wind power?

I mean, they should have a say too shouldn’t they?

When the government told us to just eat less fish to get less Mercury in our bodies how did they get the message to the Eagles and other birds of prey? Hell, how did they get the word out to the fish? That must have been a bitch on those poor bastards. When you think about it, if you tell a fish to eat less fish, where does he go from there? I guess he could wait a few million years to evolve….but we all know evolution is made up so that leads me back to my original question I guess.
