Mitt Romney’s has a son named Tagg? What is up with that?
Should Dave Burris be proud of the last paragraph, or should he be watching his back? She must be mad about all the blogging references she gets.
Tagg Romney is the chief marketing officer for the LA Dodgers. He is named after a family friend.
That does not make it right.

What would you expect a guy named Mitt to name his son?
It seems that there’s some familial naming pattern taking place here. From what I gather, the formula for naming your first born son in the Romney family goes something like this:
1.) Pick a one-syllabol noun or verb that is common in baseball.
2.) Repeat the last letter of the noun to make it look more legit.
Ta-da! You just named a Romney.
Some future Romney children:
Swingg, Hitt, Catchh, Runn, Batt, Outt, Pitchh, Fieldd
Buntt, Ballll, Spitt, Itchh
Romney’s name is Williard. His son’s is probably Egbert or some other hopelessly cartoonish name.
