Mike Castle Closes Barn Door Five Years After the Horse Took Off

Filed in National by on May 23, 2007

Congressman Mike Castle (who continues to support George Bush and his open ended war in Iraq) got all full of himself in this press.

“Although this is a complicated issue, I firmly believe that it is Congress’ responsibility to make certain that ethical people are providing sound advice when it comes to crucial government decisions regarding military spending.

Golly-Gee …ya think Mike?!

Too bad Castle supported the most unethical and corrupt regime in our countries history providing them ample opportunities to defraud taxpayers and waste billions in Iraq.

That does it! If Castle supported Clinton he has lost my support!

How could such a good guy go so bad? I find difficulty accepting the fact that he willingly turned his back on this state’s wishes to support his Red Shirt party and their president over his sworn duty to the citizens of this state.

Someday, I hope we all learn of the gun held to his head, and can forgive him accordingly.

As Jason once said, it is amazing how much progress this country achieves whenever Cheney is out of town.

Castle is a straight up fraud. He has never really been tested and boy oh boy, now that he is – has he ever come up short.
