Remember back on 2003 when Howard Dean was running for the Democratic nomination and he said all of those crazy things about Bush, like “He has no plan” and “Bush is creating a terrorist haven in Iraq” and then we got to hear that audio of him in Iowa and the DEGOP decided to have a “Dean Scream” contest at the State Fair. Good times…
