Now what just defines the term “open-minded”? Around here it seems to be whether or not you espouse liberal ideals. There are not been one of you “open-minded” individuals that will even consider another point of view, even if backed up by solid evidence. So I do not need to be lectured on open-mindedness. I read your points of view and do consider them from time to time. But I still find that I do not agree with them…which makes me “closed-minded”. I dealt with crap like this in college, and I deal with it in other areas as well. If I accomplish NOTHING around here, I am determined to at the very least let you “liberals” see the hypocrisy you deal in day in and day out.
Media outlets that fabricate stories and time them to derail elections are honest reliable sources. Fox News, with it slight bias to the right is not. Information from the most wacked out liberal bloggers is legit, but a blog written by a Christian is not. Killing an innocent unborn child is morally acceptable, but putting a mass murder to death is reprehensible. This blog was full of posts on Scooter Libby’s sentencing, but strangely quiet of Freebury’s guilty plea. (She has that magic D after her name).
I am here are a mirror. In much the same way you TRIED to lampoon me with your totally innaccurate portrayals, I do on a regular basis for you. The more whacked out, conspiracy theorizing, and closed minded you get, the more I throw back at you. That is why you are uncomfortable, because subconsciously it bothers you to know you are haging out way to far left.
You want reasonable dialogue. Then lets have at it. I will make the first play, but I don’t except a reasonable response.
I will admit things are NOT as rosy in Iraq and conservatives would like it to be. HOWEVER, things are not nearly as bad as liberals would like the world to think…
