match.com but for people looking for jobs, not mates

Here is a million dollar idea for you.  All you have to do is run with it.

Put up a site that matches you with companies that make sense for you to work for.    Have people fill out long online personality inventory and have companies fill out long company personality inventories and start playing match maker.

Existing job boards suck because it is no better than a glorified New Journal classified ad.

    That’s the thing DV – if those company profiles were all BS churned out by HR – they could be commented or reviewed.

    Plus their would be a lot of objective facts in the profile about a company that would indicate the companies douch-bag-itude.
