More proof that this economy ROCKS!!! You see in the splendid New Economy as production goes up salaries go down. It really is a great thing. I know that a few Economists would think this is swell and how things should work. The only problem is that as our salaries stay flat, somebody else’s seem to rise…gee wonder who?

Americans earned a smaller average income in 2005 than in 2000, the fifth consecutive year that they had to make ends meet with less money than at the peak of the last economic expansion, new government data shows.

there’s that 2000, 2005 thing again. I know, I know, it’s Clinton’s fault.

Nearly half of Americans reported incomes of less than $30,000, and two-thirds make less than $50,000.
