Patreaus Commits Perjury

…but I’m the one who hates America.

NEWSWEEK has learned that a separate internal report being prepared by a Pentagon working group will “differ substantially” from Petraeus’s recommendations, according to an official who is privy to the ongoing discussions but would speak about them only on condition of anonymity.

I find myself thinking, yet again, that if Delaware had a representative in Congress they’d be pretty mad about being lied to.

Wow Jason…better get your glasses checked. I read the whole article and only see where some people in the Pentagon have a different opinion….no where does it say he lied. But, there I go letting facts get in the way again.

I thought you wanted a Pentagon that had multiple opinions and was not single minded? Or did you just want a pentagon that just hold your opinion…and a heck of a lot of white flags.

Jason – accusing a General of lying erodes your ability to broaden your support against the war from veterans.

It endangers you of coming across as an extremist, as opposed to someone who is genuinely against the effort for a number of legitimate reasons.

    Just saying.

Veterans hate this war. I’m not worried that the truth will change that.
