Levin’s Lethargy Worries Wingnuts

Filed in National by on September 13, 2007

Tired of “Happy” Al Levin’s wishy-washy inability to committ to running for Governor – some downstate wingnuts seek to force his hand.

Bob Lawless of Ocean View has created an online petition to help convince Alan Levin to run for Governor. If you believe as I do that Alan Levin should be on the ballot in 2008, go sign the petition.

I don’t blame Al. The sooner he gets inthe race, the sooner it will all be over for him.

  1. Jason,

Our two polls with GOP primary voters were extermemly strong, is there an email to send them to so you can post them??

Please send the email to Protack4Governor@aol.com

    We can all see then.

  2. Disbelief says:

So is Levin going to run the State like he runs his campaign? Sort of a ‘no-show I’can’t-make-up-my-mind’ platform?

If this is the guy’s modus operandi, we might as well leave Minner there.

  3. jason330 says:

    I’ll post them Mike.

  4. Disbelief says:

Looks like all the responses so far at FSP are for Protack.

  5. jason330 says:

A strange thing happened on the way to the bloody Democratic primary that would usher in the hand picked Republican.

  6. Disbelief says:

I think the glee with which FSP foresees a bloody Democratic primary is going to evaporate quickly once the bloodletting in the GOP primary begins. The GOP primary will look like a knife fight between fat guys with high blood pressure next to the Dem cultured debate for candidacy.

  7. Disbelief says:

Maybe that’s why Levin is waffling. He’s not comfortable with adversity. Its not his fault. He was born into a multi-million dollar inheritance, so why should he put up with the problems of primaries and general elections? I would imagine that Levin can see that a primary against Protack will not be as easy as having millions appear in his bank account.

Don’t blame the guy for avoiding the race.

I think the petition is more about desparately trying to avoid a primary by building up Levin and discrediting Protack.

But Protack has no money, no supporters, and no bridges left to burn. Freedom’s just another word for nothing left to lose. Ain’t nobody more free than Protack.
