    He’s overbudget and wants more cash. Unless he is directly involved in national security (i.e. military), he gets what he asked for. Should have planned better.

    maybe there is just more corruption than he thought possible and needs more resources to get passed the beauracratic roadblocks that bush puts in front of him.

    he is only asking for a few more million. You republicans should be all over an investigator getting millions to uncover wrongdoing

    Oh, but Ken Starr was just wasting millions of taxpayer dollars. Meanwhile, the same folks who were clamoring for an attorney general to restore order and morale at Justice will forgo that goal to try and nail Rove.
