Can Someone tell me
Why Halloween HAS to be on the 31st? wouldn’t it make freaking sense to have it on the last Saturday of the month? I mean Christ, we have other holidays that aren’t chained to a specific date. As your new Congressman I pledge to put Halloween on the last Saturday of the month!

The parents of Damion Frye’s ninth-grade students are spending their evenings this fall doing something they thought they had left behind long ago: homework. I agree that the parents should be involved, but to affect a child’s grade? Seems a little over the top.
