    I lived in Hampton, Virginia, when Mr Iverson was playing high school ball. he led Bethel High School to both the state football and basketball championships. But he was a thug then, was convicted for assault due to a fight in a bowling alley, sentenced to five years (of which he expected to serve a whole ten months), and Governor Wilder then pardoned him after just five months in the Newport News City Farm.

    Count on this: five years after his playing days are over, he’ll be broke.
