Mike Castle: Manly Votes from a Manly Man

Filed in National by on October 15, 2007

War Profiteering Prevention Act

Vote Passed (375-3, 53 Not Voting) Rep. Michael Castle voted
YES

The House passed this bill that would criminalize “war profiteering.” I can’t wait to read about how this law does not apply to companies based in the United Arab Emirates.

National Affordable Housing Trust Fund Act of 2007

Vote Passed (264-148, 19 Not Voting) Rep. Michael Castle voted YES

Another “stick you neck out” vote for Castle, the House passed legislation founding the National Affordable Housing Trust Fund within the United States Treasury to assist in the building of affordable housing for low-income families.

Tax Collection Responsibility Act

Vote Passed (232-173, 26 Not Voting) Rep. Michael Castle voted
NO

Even without the manly man Mike Castle, the House passed a bill that intends to stop the Internal Revenue Service from turning over its debt collection program to Blackwater.

Typical Jason response. Castle votes against War Profiteering and for affordable housing, and it makes him wicked.
