As Mike indicates in this post, It is now clear that someone connected to someone high up in the state government is a person of interest in the theft of over $1 million from state funds. There are even strong indications that the suspect(s) have already been charged.
A quick google search that contains the terms “delawareonline” and “has been charged with” returns 1,410 hits. So there is clearly no precedent for keeping this a state secret.
There now appears to be bi-partisan conspriacy to keep that name(s) on the down low. Why?
