    $2 fee to the price of every new and used tire sold in the state, along with a $50 annual tire retailers license requirement.

    An OUTRAGE!!!

    They should burn them int he indian river power plant. It is “clear tire” technology.

    Those of us in the ‘lower’ Delaware counties feel that white-washed tires and pink flamingos give a touch of class to the broken-down, cinderblocked car bodies in our yards.

    And now you snooty, up-town, shoe-wearin’, false-teeth buyin northerners want to take away our ambience. You can have my tire-fence when you can pry it from my cold, dead hands.
