What kind of majority leader will Bob Gilligan make?

My guess: Crappy. But it will be nice for Governor Markell to have a Dem Legislature to work with.

    Mr. Gilligan would be the new speaker not the majority leader if things change hands.

    If this change does occur the Dems would be smart to pick someone else for Speaker.
