I voted for Hube, but only because he’ll never know about it.

  2. anon says:

Does Hube still have a blog?

  3. Dana Garrett says:

How can I vote for TommyWonk 100 times?

  4. Nancy Willing says:

Why did you put my blog up there when no one nominated it? WTF?

  5. anon says:

How can I vote for TommyWonk 100 times?

I dunno, but there are already 544 votes for Mike Protack’s blog.

  6. anon says:

yup, there is definitely something up with Nancy’s posts… Her comment stamped 9:26 on 12/30 appeared AFTER Mat’s post at 1:40 am today.

I doubt there is an anti-Nancy conspiracy though… more likely WordPress hates either your ISP or has automatically flagged your IP to be moderated. Yes, even the standalone WP blogs subscribe to WP filters.

Nancy, what is your home ISP?

Also if you are using a router it is easy to change your IP address. If you are using dial-up you most likely have a different IP address every time you dial in.

  7. Nancy Willing says:

Perhaps it was all the fuss I was making, but I am finally being published this morning over on DWA. Mebbe here too…

  8. liberalgeek says:

Yes, you appear to be going up without intervention now. Perhaps the post I de-spammed above kicked you over the top…

If all else fails, you can take a laptop over to casa de Protack and post from the driveway.

  9. Nancy Willing says:

Geek, you and Matthews are my heros!
Come the next Drinking Liberally I will hook you up!

  10. What were the final results?

  11. Dave says:

I think he wanted to see the total vote, not just who won.

  12. Nancy Willing says:

FSP wanting to see details? The blog that never ever reveals anything to anybody! The noive.

When asked to see details of the transparency petition, NO.
When asked to see details of how they determined their year end Best of awards, NO.

  13. Dave says:

You asked to see who had signed the transparency petition, which the site is not ABLE to publish, you fool.

And the award was a DTC award, not an FSP award, and that information is only available to DTC members.

And both of those decisions were mine, not David Anderson’s.

  14. liberalgeek says:

Either way, I’ll look into whether I can dig out the raw numbers. There doesn’t seem to be a good way to cull the raw numbers from the polling once you close the voting…
