UD Gets Good Press for Battery Technology
I saw a post on one of my geek websites this AM extolling the virtues of a project at UD to use electric cars to feed back into the grid. The official windfarm professor of DelawareLiberal, Willett Kempton is the project lead.

The Dem won 67% to 33%. Grapevine provides the blah blah blah… Use the comment section to answer this question. What kind of majority leader will Bob Gilligan make? My guess: Crappy. But it will be nice for Governor Markell to have a Dem Legislature to work with.
