Did anyone hear the Mitch MConnell’s clip on WDEL this morning?
Responding to Harry Reid’s statement that President Bush is very good at creating fear McConnell said somethign like, “This is not about creating fear. The American public is right to be in fear.”
Classic.
Ha! Mitch’s a pussy ( as in Fraidy-cat 😉 ). Either that or he knows their policies or wants for the American people are ineffective and have been rejected by the electorate.
Simple enough.
I heard it on NPR this morning. In the next sentence he mention a particular date in the second week of September. So lame!
Think that is bad?
Look at this:
“SOLO, Indonesia – Tens of thousands of Indonesians mourned former dictator Suharto during his state funeral Monday, a striking display of affection for the U.S. Cold War ally whose brutal military regime killed hundreds of thousands of left-wing political opponents.”
What is wrong with the above comment from the news? People there wanted him gone forever. Now he is. All their rejoicing comes from the fact that they hate the guy so much they are glad he is dead.
