WILMINGTON — The son of a Delaware state legislator pleaded guilty today to three felony counts in U.S. District Court related to the theft of more than $1 million from the state.
Anthony J. Lofink, 29, the son of state Rep. Vince Lofink R-Bear, admitted to wire fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
He now faces up to 20 years in prison on each count plus restitution or fines up to two times the amount of the money involved.
