Greetings!

In Delaware this year we face an election that will define our state for many years to come. We are all aware of whom our Presidential nominees are and there is a sense of history in the debate. In Delaware we have five statewide races for the most important seats in our state. We also are two seats away from gaining the majority in the House of Representatives, again making 2008 the most importat cycle in Delaware Democratic Party History.

Our candidates all over the state are ready to start campianing in 2008

The question we should be asking ourselves is, “What can I do to help them win?” Some of you already know the answer and have stepped up to
become Neighborhood Leaders and we thank you!

Why do I want to become a Neighborhood Leader?
* You are someone who wants to make a difference in Delaware and across
the country in November 2008!
* You want to see Democrats win in November 2008!
* You just need a way to get involved and make a difference!

What’s involved?
* Contacting 25 voters between March and
November 2008 at least three times.
* Recruiting two more Neighborhood Leaders.
* Collecting data on your 25 voters.
* Ensuring our base voters get to the polls on Election Day.

How do we help you?
* We will provide you with training and support,
both online and in person.
* We will provide the tools you need to create and distribute your own
unique campaign literature, including templates and photos.

If you have already signed up to be a Neighborhood Leader or you know
someone who would be a perfect Neighborhood Leader, please forward this email to your friends and family who you think would like to get involved.
