Lt. Governor John C. Carney, Jr. and State Treasurer Jack A. Markell will participate in a Delaware Gubernatorial Democratic Primary Debate focused on education on Thursday, March 20. The event will be held at The Baby Grand in the Edith and Alexander Giacco Building located at 818 N. Market Street in Wilmington. Doors open at 6:00PM. Guests must be seated by 6:45PM. Registration is required. Seats are first-come, first-served.
