Copeland & McDowell’s Hired Gun

Filed in National by on March 5, 2008

This is going to be a huge story.

Charlie Copeland and Harris McDowell hired a hitman lawyer to takedown the Blue Water Wind project in the hearings they threw together when it looked like the wind project was about to be approved by the PSC.

While I once thought the strategy was “stall to kill” McDowell and his string pullers at Delmarva Power are shitting their pants and decided to go on the offensive by hiring this hitman from out west to put the PSC on trial int he same way Johnny Cochran put the LAPD on trial while representing OJ Simpson.

The brazen move by Copeland and McDowell was met by shock and outrage by John Kowalko among others who have pushed for transparency in this process.

Tommywonk (of course) has the goods.

As I stand on the beach and evaluate the wind before I surf, I shall think of you….long gone, broken, and a shadow of the uppity liberal you once were.

    This is the end.

Charlie, I want you to know I have admired you so it hard to say this, but if that is you, either get on the wind power bus with Minner, Carney and Markell- now I wokred out a plan that will protect and develop our state over the next 50-100 years- and it is either that with modifications from others- or your re-election hopes are about to look like the movie Titanic. Not becuase of me, but becuase these bloggers are going get on the radio with Al to nose dive you. Jason, I note is particualrly upset.
