“Dead”
That’s Senator Karen Peterson’s assessment which was buried all the way down at the bottom of today’s front page story about Harris McDowell’s ongoing criminal conspiracy to promote the narrow interest of his client (Delmarva Power) by:
1) Setting up sham hearings to stall the process, and
2) misappropriating $35,000 (of our tax money) to hire a lawyer to interrogate Arnetta McRae thereby putting the PSC “on trial.”
It seems, at least as far as Peterson is concerned, that McDowell’s efforts combined with a determined misinformation campaign that has been waged by Delmarva Power are bearing fruit and McDowell, Copeland and DeLuca acting as agents for their client will apparently have the last word.
