Where is Charlie Copeland (a.k.a Mr. Transparency) When You Need Him?

For a guy who is trying to make a name for himself as a champion of tranparency Copeland is comming up smaller than small with the SEU.

Consider, for example:

• Minutes from December 2007 Oversight Board meeting – not on website.
• Minutes from March and April 2008 SEU Oversight Board meeting – still not posted.

What are they hiding?

Did the Oversight Board make more decisions in March and April which went beyond their authority????

What was their involvement in the McDowell bill that was filed in mid-March?

This problem has been brought to the attention of 2 Oversight Board members – and what do we get back from Copeland and Byrne?
