QOD
Have you called the Delaware Senate today to help get the in state wind power project done?
Leave a message for Thurman Adams asking when HCR 38 is going to come to a vote by calling 302-744-4318.

I just called and his aide, Marianne, is going to relay my disappointment that Sen. Adams is bottlenecking bills for wind and open government that the people of Delaware want to have heard on the floor.
No doubt he will listen up. /snarkidoodle
Yeah nancy!
I just called myself. Marianne is very nice. She will appreciate hearing from all of us and see to it that your message will get to the Senator.
Marianne is so nice. She will get tired of hearing from us before this is all over. What would be great is if we could just tie her up on the phone every Monday, nothing else gets done on Mondays except hearing from Delaware Citizens who want wind power.
That sounds good, but everyone call today and remember to say “in state wind power.”
The “in state wind power” formulation that Tom Noyes (I think) came up with is a great example of framing.
I called and the secretary was at lunch….so I left a message w/the receptionist who said she would forward it to Marianne (she to Adams).
Unfornately, McDowell is my senator so I’m never quite sure who to call in these situations. Thanks for directing me to Adams.
McDowell’s number is 744-4147. I’ve called it many times. Don’t know his assistant’s name, but I think she is tired of hearing from me. I will call Adams’ office when I leave work.
