UPDATE: Progressive Democrats for Delaware has pledged $500 toward getting our second radio ad on the air. Here is the catch. It is a match so we need to raise $500 to get the dough. I think we can do it.
Also- while I like the first draft I’m not sure I nailed the part where geek lays out the real benefits that DelawareLiberal provides readers/participants. So that section needs some work.
And speaking of participating – you should join Progressive Democrats for Delaware.
Here is my stab at a second Delaware liberal Radio Ad (which we’ll need to air this summer because I’m sure the rates are going to go crazy this fall.)
ME: Hey geek, listen to this new radio ad I’ve come up with to promote our blog, Delaware liberal…(clears throat.) (sings) “DELAWARE LIBERAL,!! DELAWARE LIBERAL!! DELAWARE LIBERAL,!! DELAWARE LIBERAL!!… What do you think?
Geek: I think it’s stupid.
ME: No it is in your face…and hip. (sings) “DELAWARE LIBERAL,!! DELAWARE LIBERAL!! DELAWARE LIBERAL,!! DELAWARE LIBERAL!!…
Geek: …yeah yeah…NO.. It doesn’t talk about all the stories we’ve been breaking, turning up the heat on corrupt politicians like Harris McDowell– our In State Wind Farm Advocacy or the great community we’ve built up with our contributors like Pandora, Cassandra and Delaware’s Hottest Blogger, Donvit.
