Will Tony DeLuca Be The Hero Of In State Wind Power?

Filed in National by on June 9, 2008

Five months ago I never thought I’d be asking that question.

Tommywonk has the full story, but it looks like DeLuca is pressing Delmarva Power to accept a deal that would get the in state wind power deal done.

His leverage, in the event that Delmarva Power balks, is to simply pass HCR 38 AS IS which would be a huge defeat for Delmarva’s Gary Stockbridge.

REWARD GOOD BEHAVIOR:

This is the 9th inning and in Delaware a measly 50 phone calls can have a significant impact, so call Senator DeLuca at 302-744-4165 and thank him for moving HCR 38 forward.

  1. I called but there is no answering device and it is too early for the receptionist.

Senate office hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm. They do not have an answering machine.

    Gracias.

If he is responsible and he does it without any strings attached, then he does deserve credit.

Pardon me if, while I applause, I keep a weary and skeptical eye directed at Sir Tony until this is completely resolved.

J – you return calls or what?!?!
