GRAPEVINE IS BACK

Delaware Grapevine went missing from the Internet on Tuesday. It ran into complications while it was being switched to a new Web hosting site. It is ready to carry on now.

My heart goes out to Celia’s tens of readers. They might have had to wait up to 24 hours to read her observation that Jack Markell is running as the outsider against John Carney – who is the insider.
