Go Watch WHYY’s “Delaware Tonight”
Mike Matthews of “Down with Absolutes” and, I think, perhaps, Delaware’s Hottest Blogger, will be live on your television screens within the half hour.
God Help us all.
UPDATE: Via Tyler Nixon, here is a link to the video
Nevermind, DHB is not on the panel. I must be mistaken. It is Mike, Shirley and live from Dover, Dave Anderson
They are talking about blogs’ impact on the Bluewater Wind deal
Now talking about the Delaware Way vs. the Blogosphere Way. I like that battle.
Mike uses the term ‘traditional media’ instead of the right wing term ‘mainstream media.’ I like that also. The mainstream media is not mainstream, and it is time we stop calling them such.
Attention WHYY: the Drudge Report is not a blog.
Better to be right or red? Huh? The question was first put to Dave, and thus I understood it to mean that is it better to be right or Republican (Red states).
Dave responds he wants to be both. Mike responds it is better to be red, and that he can take a hit on the chin. Shirley says it is better to be right.
So I guess I misunderstood the question. If I was on the panel, I thus would have embarrassed myself.
Regarding wind power, Mike described me in vivid terms as “digesting” and “regurgitating” “chunks” of information. Thanks big guy.
Not right or red. I think he meant right or “read.”
OOOOOHhhhhhh. Well, then that makes sense. A very bad question, though.

(Can someone email me how you do a “trackback”?)
I tried to post the link but I guess it docked my comment. The video is posted at Delaware Libertarian.
I released the comment. It was caught in the spam filter. I would ask you to upload it to You Tube, but I do not want to deny you the site hits, so I will just post the link. 😉
I loved, loved the question Right or Read. It was perfect for these three choice reps of our blogosphere.
Shirley’s down with Right so trust isn’t an issue.
Mike goes with Read but that just means he can go all silly on us not that he is going to misinform his audience.
Dave went with both. heh.
Great show. Thanks for the clip link Tyler!
Wow, a blow by blow description. I did think the right or read question was amusing. No one wants to be wrong and everyone wants to be read. It is like asking would you rather be loved or respected.
It was a good show. I was glad to participate with such fine people on one of my favorite stations.
David – what was so interesting to your right? Did they put something there that distracted you?
i can tell by this thread that I was sorely missed…
man, what a blown opportunity
Yes, you could laid eternal claim to your title as DE’s hottest blogger. Alas…
