The ad will be playing downstate out of the Salisbury market. I think it would be wiser to buy time upstate on the Comcast cable channels. For then the ad will reach the voters, and NCC are where most of the voters are in Delaware (not to denigrate the fine people downstate). Perhaps it is too prohibitively expensive to buy time out of Philadelphia at this time.
