A little over a year ago, a blogger claimed himself to be Delaware’s Hottest Blogger. There was no election, he was the Paul Bremer of Hot Bloggers. We had interim elections a few months ago to try to control this blogger and make him obey the rule of law. He lost that vote. Instead, he has tried to expand his powers beyond simple hotness to toughness and attractiveness. His assertions of a Unitary Blogger are unique, tawdry and dangerous to the very fabric of our way of life.
Throughout this reign of terror, inflation has risen, salaries have remained stagnant, the Dow has dropped precipitously and Delaware’s bloggers have lost their place in the world. Have you seen what his so-called hotness has done to gas prices? It is time for a real change.
Together, we can do better. Together, we can usher in a new day for hotness in the Delaware blogosphere. Together we can fight against the tyranny of pseudo-hot bloggers and start addressing the issues that have been caused by Donviti’s hubris. Yes, we can.
Together, we can make a statement to the world that we no longer will allow our rights as hot bloggers be dictated by the few. The blogosphere was founded on “We the people”, not “I’m teh hotness.” We can reclaim out rightful place in the world and put to rest the questions of hotness that have swirled around Donviti’s hotness administration. Yes, we can.
Together, we can use out hotness to make sure Americans have healthcare when they aren’t feeling so “hot.” Together, we can make sure that every child has an education befitting of a “hot” society. Together, we can reduce our dependence on foreign oil to keep our homes “hot.”
Yes, we can. Yes, we can. I ask all of you to come out to Catherine Rooney’s on Thursday night to cast your vote for Delaware’s Hottest Blogger. It is an important job that we must all complete together, and together we can send Tom Noyes to Denver and send a message that will ring throughout the blogosphere, “Our long blogging nightmare is finally over.”
