Regarding Markell’s “plan for job growth-through-training Wednesday while touring a slew of small businesses in Delaware.”

Carney chalked up the plan to election-year talk. Carney cited his work as lieutenant governor in bringing the Bluewater Wind project and those jobs to the state.
