On Tuesday, August 26, 2008, the Triangle and Southeast Neighborhood Associations will hold a Meet the Candidates night. The forum will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at Salesianum School. Markell agreed to take part a few days ago.
Please note that Bill Lee has regretfully declined. Carney has not yet responded.

Darius Brown can’t attend because he will be at the Democratic National Convention.
Hey, I’m not too happy about attending! Geez, it is the Convention! I do plan on attending most of it, if only to hear Protack!
I’m going to try and be there. Maybe we can both tag team Gene Reed, pandora. Because he doesn’t like talking to me!

How does he think he’s going to be elected if he keeps snubbing the voters? This is ridiculous!

Someone needs to shake up the Lee campaign. Face the demon Protack and let everyone know your visions for the State. This holding out till after the primary is a disaster.

The format for the evening usually starts with Gov., and then works its way down. I already know where I’m leaning with City Council, so I’ll probably skip that part.

El Somnambulo was told that Harris McDowell was invited since it’s in his district. McDowell plans to attend, assuming that he can follow the map directions from Middletown to Sallies.
I have a long history of saying I am going to things then backing otu at the last second.
It would probably be better if I just showed up at Mikimotos rather than say I am going.

Lee does not want to win. He is just going through the motions.
Lee is attending a cititzens forum at The Starboard in Dewey where it’s college coed back-to-school night along with a wet t-shirt contest. He’s one of the judges. Heard he’s looking for a blond 23-year old to buy him a drink.
