  1. Benjamin says:

    Yay !

I am excited to be watching for the results on here with you guys. Hopefully, you will not be too drunk and festive to share your thoughts with the computer-bound readers too 🙂

  2. mike says:

You will report on Protack/Lee too somewhere. Won’t you?

  3. Unstable Isotope says:

Just got back from being a poll greeter. I was at Thurgood Marshall which has some RDs from the 24th and some from the 26th. I was there most of the day, as was Markell’s people. Gordon person turned up at 5 pm. Carney person didn’t show up until 7 pm. Apparently, turnout was pretty good – 500 from the 26th alone, according to Rep. Viola.

  4. benjamin says:

I have to state for the record that it is pretty insane to be going through elections such as this one blindly, with no poll giving us ANY idea where things stand.

    DE is weird sometimes.

  5. anon2222 says:

    you spelled commissioner wrong

  6. delawaredem says:

    Oh well. Too late now.

Some interesting speculation: Jason reported to me that the Coons party at Catherine Rooney’s had been canceled, but it now might appear that it is being moved. If it was canceled, that is a bad omen.

  7. R Smitty says:

Anyone watching WHYY? Joe Pika has himself one bad-dude white goatee.

    Political Science? GRRRRRrrrrrRRRR….

  8. R Smitty says:

Oooo….Jerry Northington off to a SLOOOWWWW start, but without looking at the election districts, I am guessing that may be a Sussex County machine(s).

  9. FSP says:

We’ll do the Republicans. Check our site for the GOP and we’ll send people here for the Dems.

  10. R Smitty says:

DAMN IT! Drunk wifebeater got the first ED to report in 41. Is there any justice?

  11. R Smitty says:

Hee…doing what I can to bogart the thrill from here. BWAAAHHAAAAAHAAAHAAA!!!

  12. Joe M says:

Is someone going to open up the live blog?

  13. benjamin says:

In the spirit of cross-partisanship, I went to FSP to follow Lee/Protack and I am welcome with Feroce going insane over the “lipstick on a pig” remark.

I am willing to overcome partisanship for one night but deep stupidity is too much for me.
    Ill stick to here.

  14. benjamin says:

    YES ! LIVEBLOG !

  15. R Smitty says:

    Markell pulls ahead!

  16. delawaredem says:

    I will open the liveblog.

  17. R Smitty says:

Yeah, but that wasn’t the top post, Benjamin. But thanks anyway.

  18. benjamin says:

It wasn’t the top post but it was right on my screen when I logged on.

    As I said, I tried. I just can’t.

    Thanks DelawareDem !

  19. R Smitty says:

C’mon…you can do it….you can do it….fall under the trance…you can dooooo it….

  20. R Smitty says:

OK, I will go back and play there for a while…

damn it, why can’t Lifflander win something for once? AARRRGGGHHH!

  21. benjamin says:

Can I ask who is reporting first in general and which areas are more favorable to Markell ?

  22. benjamin says:

I entered the liveblog but noone’s here.

  23. vyllyness says:

  27. mike w. says:

Haha Roger Roy. I remember him. He used to live in my neighborhood and my dad sold him a car years ago.

I’m glad to see Protack getting crushed.

  28. pandora says:

Come liveblog – click on link at top of page

  29. delawaredem says:

    NAGLE WINS!!!!!!!!!!!!

  30. Ryan Mc says:

I volunteered for Markell in January. Great guy, hope he wins.

  31. FSP says:

    Is Protack still surging?

  32. jason330 says:

    Centerville Uber Allis!

  33. cassandra m says:

No, but none here can speak for his ‘stache.

I think Markell is going to win!

  34. John Feroce says:

If Markell holds, this state has taken its step forward and need not look back.
We win in November no matter who wins on the 4th.

  35. mike w. says:

Carney is the lesser of two evils there, so I’m hoping he gains a bit of ground and beats Markell.

  36. pandora says:

Keep up, Mike. The race was called for Jack 10 minutes ago!

  37. mike w. says:

Looks like you guys got the “change” you deserve.
