I’d like a sincere apology from everyone who voted for Bush once.    From everyone who voted for Bush twice I’d like an apology and 1,000 of community service.    From everyone who voted for Bush twice and worked to see him elected (yes I’m looking at you Mike Castle) I’d like an apology, community service and my 401k account made whole.

    I never voted for Bush.

What can I do to you?

  2. jason330 says:

    You’re good.

  3. Donsquishy says:

by a flag magnet for your car

  4. Disbelief says:

If I never voted for Bush, and I have a conservative mortgage I am still successfully paying, will I end up paying for Bush’s mistakes and the credit-overextension committed by people who figured, “‘Ef it, if they give me the credit, I’m going to spend it!”

Also, where do I send my check to pay for the half-million dollar manicure party AIG execs had after getting $80 billion of MY tax money?

“will I end up paying for Bush’s mistakes and the credit-overextension committed by people who figured, “‘Ef it, if they give me the credit, I’m going to spend it!””

You’ll have to ask ACORN about that, but they are currently applying their skilled math to voter registration right now!

  6. nemski says:

The last winning President I voted for was in 1980. And, for that, I am sincerely sorry.

  7. Jockim Alberton says:

You should be sorrier for implicitly admitting you might have voted for Mondale and Dukakis!

  8. Tom S. says:

right after you apologise for Carter.

  9. anon says:

    Quiz for Tom S.

    1. Which president signed the biggest tax increase in history?

    2. Which president signed the biggest capital gains taxCUT in history?

I only wish I could delete your comments until you answer those questions.

  10. Jockim Alberton says:

Need some clarification, due to dollar-year conversions…….What was the makeup of the congress holding the guns to their respective heads? That might help me narrow it down.

  11. Tom S. says:

    “Quiz for Tom S. ”

I’ll take it right after you explain to me how it would make Carter not a fucktard

  12. Dana says:

I voted for George Bush twice, and if he could run again, I’d vote for him again, and I make no apologies for it at all; I am proud of my votes.

And I’ll be proud of my vote for John McCain next month.

  13. Donsquishy says:

    anon,

we dont’ delete comments around here…

says the Rush Limbaugh fan that switched parties to vote for Hillary.

We know Dana, you’re a nut job and delusional 🙂

you have inhaled too much lime

  15. jason330 says:

    Dana you go girl!!

  16. Jockim Alberton says:

Where do you hide ’em DV?

  17. Donsquishy says:

You should be sorrier for implicitly admitting you might have voted for Mondale and Dukakis!

you are assuming on that one….

I personally voted for Perot a couple of times.

  18. Donsquishy says:

    Jock,

I’m bending over and spreading my cheeks….

    that’s where

  19. Donsquishy says:

    jas,

dana is a guy…from the pants down at least

  20. Dana says:

    Don wrote:

I don’t get to listen to Mr Limbaugh these days; I work for a living! And I switched, very temporarily, to vote against Hillary Clinton, not for her.

To me, the only silver lining on an Obama victory would be that it would mean that Mrs Clinton will never be president.

  21. Donsquishy says:

regardless, your a schmuck for doing it. and it shows the depths you will go to.

  22. Dana says:

Just so you’ll have the proper line-up: I have voted for every Republican presidential nominee since 1980. The vote I regret the most was voting for our worst president ever, Jimmy Carter, in 1976; for that, I am truly ashamed.

I have voted for a few Democrats on the state and local levels: Doug Wilder for governor of Virginia in 1989, Bob Casey for Pennsylvania State Treasurer in 2002, and a handful of state legislative candidates you’d never recognize.

  23. Dana says:

Why, Don, why do you call that “the depths?” Do you believe that I did something illegal?

  24. Donsquishy says:

oh, that arguement. The CEO’s didn’t do anything illegal that caused this mess either.

    doesn’t make it right.

Look you still support bush through all of this. You obviously will suspend your beliefs of government to support the current president. It says alot about you. Even with all the facts that have come out, the scandals, the torture, misleading war..

The scary part is that people like you will make all kinds of excuses no matter how bad things are.

  25. Dana says:

And you know what, Don: I have the same vote as you do! 🙂

This country may be sadly afflicted with Barack Obama as president for the next four years. If so, I’ll very much regret it. But, please, count on me to remind you of every promise he breaks and every lie he’s told to win that office.

  26. Dana says:

And how is it somehow “not right” that I chose to vote in the Democrati primary? I’m a citizen, Don, with no felony convictions to my name, and I’m (well) over 18. Please, tell me how it’s somehow not right that I chose to vote in an election.

  27. June says:

Anyone who is proud of voting for Bush after all he’s done to ruin this country –worst of all, to invade a country which did nothing to us, resulting in over 4,000 US deaths and untold permanent physical and mental damage to our troops–comes from a level of thinking that is impossible to understand.

And then to say she’d vote for him again??? That is totally beyond comprehension.

  28. Donsquishy says:

    June,

but Saddam was a bad person..duh

  29. Dana says:

June, President Bush is unpopular now, but thirty years from now, historians will regard him as one of our better chief executives.

  30. cassandra_m says:

    No, actually they won’t.

Which someone who couldn’t even itemize the lies and promises broken (and there were a stunning list of them) by Bush is unlikely to be able to see.

But it is interesting that you think you’ll be vindicated in 30 years. Which may the time it takes for conservatives to be able to show their faces again.

  31. Donsquishy says:

wow, dana typed that with a straight face.

No, he won’t. You can’t spy on Americans, have torture prisons, go to war illegally, let a few thousand people die from a natural disaster, not catch the terrorist that attacked you, have a depression on your watch and be a great president

    it doesn’t work that way
