Somebody’s Going Under the Bus
This is a remarkable assessment — especially for a Republican campaign where grading on a curve is still the instinct of the traditional media. Has anyone seen the interview they reference?

I’ve seen the first segment. (The remaining segments will follow tomorrow, etc)
McCain’s body language and facial expressions are very uncomfortable to watch.
Best typical Palin moment? When Brian Williams asked Palin to name a precondition. Obviously Sarah has no idea what a precondition is. This struck me funny since Bill Maher threw down this gauntlet a week or so ago. Naturally Williams didn’t press the point.
You can see part of the happy couple here.

“Either one is capable of pulling a Bullworth.”
Oh my.
New slogan “Negative intensity in ten cities.”
Was he checking out her legs during that interview? How was Palin’s position different than what Obama has been saying?
Hell, I was checking out her legs! I’m not a prude, but did her skirt seem very short?
They’ve certainly sexed her up. I’m kind of disgusted how much they are selling her looks. I guess she doesn’t offer much else. Am I crazy – I don’t think she’s ravishing or anything, why are people so enamored of her looks?
W0w. I’m watching clips of the interview on MSNBC right now (KO’s rerun). It really is tense, much more than in the clip above. I wonder how many black suits $150K buys? She only seems to wear white, black and red. How much would other colors cost?
If she can’t answer questions with out her grand pop by her side what happens if he gets sick?? Also the MSM is letting her off the hook
skirt is definitely too short
love how she acts like she is doing us a favor by releasing her med records….how gracious
“skirt is definitely too short”
No such thing.
Am I crazy – I don’t think she’s ravishing or anything, why are people so enamored of her looks?
A friend has a theory about this. She is not being compared to all women – but to “women in politics” like Hillary Clinton, Andrea Mitchell, and Kay Bailey Hutchison – so she seems smoking hot.
That must be it, Jason. I’ve heard D.C. is sometimes called “Hollywood for ugly people.”
MCSame wiped his nose like he’s 5 years old… Gross…
Could we get the media to ask important policy questions… never mind.
