Our Voting System is a joke
185 DIEBOLD Voting machines were impounded by PA Judge….
While one Diebold AccuVote touch-screen machine was impounded by an official in Colorado following reports of votes flipping on the screen from Democratic to Republican candidates in early voting — and even with hundreds of similar startling problems reported directly to the Obama campaign as The BRAD BLOG reported exclusively on Monday — no other action was taken on or before Election Day to remove these wholly unverifiable systems from use until Tuesday night’s court-ordered quarantine of the Northumberland County machines.

One thing the democrats are going to do and do quickly is election/voting overhaul. On the agenda will be nationwide early voting (30 days), federal oversight of voter purges, paper trails on electronic voting technology, simple registration and same day voting (like Minnesota), more voting locations, more voting machines, uniform ballot forms nationwide and no voter ID cards. That’s just a start, but I think the federal government is going to force the states to comply with uniform standards that ensure that voting has less partisan hanky panky and allows more people to vote. My guess is we will also see the federal government play a more active role in monitoring voting and the machines themselves. They won’t mess with the electoral college as some speculate.

Go back to paper and ink ballots…it works well over the world. Get rid of these machines which can be hacked in 2 sec.
