Updated: Does Anybody Know Anything About This Obama Rally Button?

Filed in National by on November 18, 2008

A collector of Delaware political memorabilia is looking for any infomation anybody might have about the button. Who made it? When? How many? Whatever.

As an artifact, I have to say, it is pretty interesting. No doubt he asked me if i knew anything about it because KHN’s name is not spelled correctly.

I received this email too. No idea the provenance of this button, but perhaps he could contact Marla Blunt-Carter of the Obama for Delaware crew — mbluntcarter@barackobama.com. That is likely the place to start.

    Cool.

WASHINGTON – Convicted Sen. Ted Stevens lost his re-election bid to Democrat Mark Begich after the last large batch of votes was counted Tuesday.

The longest-serving Republican in the history of the Senate trailed Anchorage Mayor Mark Begich by 3,724 votes after Tuesday’s count.

That’s an insurmountable lead with only about 2,500 overseas ballots left to be counted.

Yay for Begich! There will be a recount, of course, but good news.

I never understood why that race was even close. He’s a convicted felon, for shit’s sake.

Felons are people too! You folks ever read Mario Puzo’s The Godfather? Ever read the New Testament? Often the worst of the society delivers the best to the community. A felon by any other name remains a citizen.

It’s Alaska – a lot of those moose hunters suffer from constant brain freeze.

The best description of Capital Hill I have heard in a long time.

Check this guy out. Nate Silver interviewed the man who authorized the Zogby push poll for Obama voters. Boy, this guy is a piece of work.
