Great choice, Nemski!
Eartha Kitt is my father’s hero because she bought two apartment buildings in midtown Manhattan for about $500,000 each when she was at the height of her earning power.
He can’t get enough of telling that story.
And, now, apparently you can’t. Like father, like son. 😉
