Ho hum, illegal spying on Americans that just happened to catch a Governor
The more you read about Eliot Spitzer and him getting caught with the prostitutes the more you, yes YOU, should wonder if this wasn’t also a political hit job by the GOP to shut up a guy, that was making a lot of people on Wall Street very upset.
Now, I’m not saying what the guy was doing was wrong. However, it all just seems too convenient though. Especially when the next industry he was going after was Insurance Companies, HUGE insurance companies. Gee, can’t imagine any that recently failed and would have been exposed for illegal activity, but maybe the readers can.
Do you just regurgitate everything you think? Don’t answer the question, it was rhetorical.
the more you write, the more arrogant you sound and the better I become.
thank you
We need someone like Eliot Spitzer right now. He got taken out in time to make sure that the Wall Street ponzi scheme stayed intact.
Personally, I think Spitzer is an idiot. I lived in NY when Spitzer was AG and when he was running for governor. I loved the guy. I thought he was what NY needed. I think the pressure to be like Eliot Ness must have gotten to him.
Thomas Tam: former Justice Dept official turns whistleblower on taping phones of normal americans. The rats are leaving the sinking bushite ship.
Unstable: you are correct on Spitzer, word was he was about to expose the corruption on Wall Street before they nabbed him for his prostitute idiocy.
It all sounds like Herbert Hoover keeping tabs on elected officials in case one decides to turn patriot and tell the truth. Its political blackmail to keep everyone in line.
Arrogance is in the eye of the beholder. Don’t you even read what you write? You don’t have to answer that, we all know the answer to that one.
Well, then, shouldn’t NY AG Andrew Cuomo take part of the blame? After all, Spitzer was governor at the time. Cuomo should have taken up the fight that Spitzer began no matter who was Governor.
