A Glance at the DE-wingnut-osphere train wreck

Filed in National by on February 7, 2009

Hube lost his little online vanity contest. Better luck next year Champ! Maybe you should update your testimonials? Or, oh I don’t know…don’t suck so much.

I’m mad at myself for ignoring the comedy goldmine that is commonsensepoliticalthought.com for so long.

Ryan Silberstein… still yet to enlist to fight off the Muslim-y hords. Hmmm? Busy with comics. Or…It is Obama’s war now so….F*ck it.

Honorary wingnut, Steve Newton does not think banks should be pre-privatized.

Explain to me exactly how you link me to a post that I have never cited or posted and then declare it to represent my ideas?

I’ve posted what I think many times–you couldn’t use any of those?

    No, I suppose not….

  3. jason330 says:

    Steve,

I took your post to be the anti-nationalization argument.

    Was I wrong?

  4. Unstable Isotope says:

Common Sense Political Thought was practically begging us to notice them. Why else would they post here so often?

  5. Steve Newton says:

No, jason, you weren’t wrong, but what annoyed me is that you didn’t link my post, but something else entirely different. The link to the blog was generic rather than a link to any of the posts I’d written.

And realize that I’m in Indiana today, working on a Saturday after having spent a four-hour lay-over in Chicago/Midway, have been deprived of coffee and probably over-reacted to an unimportant nuance….

No more generic links. Got it.

    Re: Nationalization(…oops that’s a bad word.)

Re: Preprivatization, I hope we all agree (D, R, & I) that payments to banks from the public treasury absent oversight and accountability in the form of firing malefactor Executives and Board Members is a waste of money.

Making them not buy expensive jets is a start, but we need full blown state ownership at this point. This needs to be a workout.

hey trust fund boy, are you blogging from Afghanistan? Mil-blogging from your tank?

You must be a brave liberal warrior, angry that Ryan hasn’t joined you on the field of battle…

    NO?
