Day 14: Mike Castle’s Betrayal of Delaware

Filed in Delaware by on February 11, 2009

Mike Castle and the uniformed

Today marks the fourteenth day of Congressman Mike Castle’s betrayal of the people of Delaware when he voted against the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and sided with his Borg leaders of the Republican Party.

But what does the photo above have to do with Mike Castle’s incredible treachery?

Mike Castle respects this dog more than he respects the voters of Delaware.

The old adage, you look like your dawg…fits here. Castle on WILM again this am…hiding behind Watson. He wont hold a town hall or a meeting with the citizens, cuz he is a weasel and terrified of the anger building among the voters. He had to leave for a “meeting with bankers and CEO’s”, thats who pulls that dogs chain…he doesnt give a damn what we think. There is no justice….just us!

Castle’s making kind of a Cheney sneer in that photo.

  10. Day 14 of your hatred and illogical arguments.

There is significant evidence this plan will not do what it is advertised to do and any person with a vote should be reluctant to support something so questionable.

Poorly designed stimulus packages which do not address short term (less than 12 months) and in the end add tremendous debt and higher taxes down the road are ill advised. I am paraphrasing from Larry Summers last year before he sold out to become part of the administration.

    Mike,

You poor schmuck. You are going to have egg on your face when Castle comes out and says that he still has “reservations” but overall how great the bill is and how he is a hero for voting for it.

Don’t you know how he operates by now?

    Actually, there isn’t significant evidence.

Lots of pontificating, but little evidence.

Ah, the old Larry Summers, the old version that was a major champion of deregulation. Short-sighted douchebag. Can’t stand him, would rather he not be on Obama’s team. At least he wised up and changed his positions. Seriously, the old Larry Summers would probably be telling us how it’s OK for banks to create off-balance sheet assests and products, and how lowering the leverage ratio was a fine idea.

Some people, I hope, learn from their mistakes.

  14. pandora says:

And, Jason, when Castle does what you predict he’ll start crowing about his moderate credentials. And so the cycle will begin again…

    Moderate = Mediocre
