The good news: Markell’s economic development plan is a clean break with the Dupont/Carper/Castle/Minner program of living parasitically off of other states.
The recognition that we need to actually PRODUCE something is refreshing.
The Economic Prison Act (or what ever they called it when usuary became king) has been a source of shame for me since it was signed into law.
